Existential Determinants of Health:
Creative Expression of Individual & Collective Experiences
to reflect on identity, experiences, challenges and promote increased emotional intelligence, facilitate communal healing and restorative practices, and collective cohesion.
We provide educational and healing environments and opportunities
Aimed at addressing the upstream contributors to substance abuse, trauma and violence, the Existential Determinants of Health (E.D.O.H.) Initiative works to provide forums for creative expression of individual and collective experiences to promote healing, individual and collective efficacy, and neighborhood improvement.
We facilitate workshops, productions and other restorative activities
We promote increased emotional intelligence, facilitate communal healing and restorative practices, and collective cohesion.
WombWork Productions, Virtues Matter and the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine have been awarded a three-year grant for the Baltimore E.D.O.H Initiative, a community project based on virtues.
