Virtues Matter: The Virtues Matter team are community leaders, expert facilitators and developers of the Virtues Cards mobile application. A component of Virtues Matter partnership is their ability to teach facilitators how to employ the language of virtues to enhance self-understanding to promote healing and growth. In addition to a longstanding relationship with WombWork, they have worked with multiple groups in Baltimore such as Positive Schools Center, The Family League, Baltimore City Public School System and Baltimore County Public Schools in restorative justice, trauma responsive and healing centered engagement, and social emotional learning.

Dr. Arjun Chanmugam, M.D., M.B.A: Dr. Arjun Chanmugam is a practicing physician and serves as the Chair of Emergency Medicine at The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. He is interested in exploring transformational methods to increase accessibility for behavioral health, addiction services and develop creative ways of improving longitudinal healthcare relationships in communities experiencing poverty. Dr. Chanmugam believes that therapeutic relationships with the health sector involve a degree of self-motivation which this initiative aims to cultivate.
